Aside from boiling water, one of the most difficult hazards to get around while teaching young children to cook are sharp knives. Our friends at Curious Chef recognized that and have created a line of nylon knives...that actually work...and are safe for kids to use on their own. Each of these nylon knives has a serrated edge that allows young chefs to slice and dice on their own, and dots of silicone grips along the handles to help provide a more secure grip. Comes as a set of 3; each knife is individually packaged. Knives measure: small 8 5/8 inches x 1 1/4 inches , medium 9 5/8 inches x 2 inches and large 10 5/8 inches x 2 3/16 inches.
